**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research, create personas, and define user journeys to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile platforms using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring brand and UI consistency across all projects.
- Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Present design ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams, effectively communicating design rationale.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools like InVision.
- Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- A user-first mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
