**Job Title: Stirrup Machine Operator**

**Job Overview**:
As a Stirrup Machine Operator in a rebar fabrication factory, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining stirrup bending machines to produce accurately shaped steel stirrups used in construction projects. Your role involves setting up machines, monitoring production, and ensuring the quality of output.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup and Preparation**:

- Set up stirrup bending machines according to job specifications, including selecting the appropriate bending tooling and inputting bending parameters.
- Conduct routine inspections of machines to ensure they are in proper working condition before starting production runs.
- **Production Operation**:

- Operate stirrup bending machines to produce steel stirrups of various shapes and sizes according to project requirements.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed to maintain production efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions or errors and perform minor repairs or adjustments as necessary to minimize downtime.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished stirrups for quality and accuracy, checking dimensions, angles, and bend tolerances against specified requirements.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all produced stirrups meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Reject or rework any stirrups that do not meet quality standards and document reasons for non-conformance.
- **Material Handling and Inventory Management**:

- Load raw materials, typically rebar or steel rods, into the bending machine and unload finished stirrups from the machine.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and report any shortages or discrepancies to supervisors for replenishment.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while operating machinery and handling materials to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Keep work area clean and organized, including removing debris and waste materials to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
- Familiarity with stirrup bending machines and basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
