**Job Title: Salon Receptionist - Female Only**
**Location: Tres Chic Beauty Lounge, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival
- Manage appointment bookings using salon software (Fresha)
- Handle reception duties, including answering calls, customer inquiries, and payments
- Maintain an organized front desk and ensure cleanliness in the reception area
- Manage stock and inventory and supervise product orders
- Assist in overseeing salon staff and daily operations
- Generate daily and monthly sales reports
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (experience in the beauty industry is a plus)
- Proficiency in using salon management software (Fresha preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage bookings, payments, and inventory
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
