We are currently seeking a Female Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that the spa runs smoothly.
**Job Description**:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa.
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's appointment book.
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with spa services and treatments
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of spa services and treatments is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office and booking software.
