Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

**Minimum 2 years of prior UAE experience as Receptionist and Administrative Assistant**:
- **Greet Visitors**: Warmly welcome and assist all guests, clients, and employees upon arrival.
- **Answer Phones**: Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- **Maintain Reception Area**: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-presented.
- **Manage Appointments**: Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal staff as necessary.
- **Handle Mail and Deliveries**: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- **International Visa Support**:Advising employees on visa requirements for various countries (e.g., Schengen, US, UK, Canada etc).
- **Travel Coordination**:Managing, arranging, and tracking employee travel and hotel accommodation.
- **Assist with Administrative Tasks**: Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed.
- **Maintain Security**: Monitor and control access to the office premises, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- **Provide Information**: Offer information about the company, its services, and directions to visitors as required.
- **Handle Inquiries**: Address general inquiries and provide basic information regarding company policies and procedures.
- **Admin Assistant**:
- **Office Support**: Assist with general office administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.
- **Expense Reporting**: Help employees with expense reporting and reconciliation.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain office supplies, monitor inventory levels, and reorder when necessary.
- **Document Handling**: Handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- **Collaboration**: Support various departments with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- **Ad-Hoc Projects**: Assist in special projects, as assigned by supervisors or management.
- **Vendor Relations**: Communicate and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,700.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
