**ABOUT THE COMPANY**: **Seline Clinic**, renowned as the leading full-cycle aesthetic medical clinic in Russia. As part of our expansion to the heart of the Middle East, we are looking for experienced **"Client Advisor"** to join our team. He/She will play a crucial role in promoting our aesthetic services, educating clients on treatment options, and ensuring an exceptional experience for each client. - **JOB DESCRIPTION**:_ - Engage with clients in person, by phone, and through digital channels to discuss aesthetic treatments and services. - Understand client goals and concerns, and provide recommendations based on services offered. - Conduct consultations to provide treatment information, pricing, and potential results. - Build lasting client relationships by offering exceptional customer service and follow-up. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting treatments, memberships, and package deals. - Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all services, promotions, and new treatments to present to clients. - Track and report on sales metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth. - Work closely with clinicians, aestheticians, and management to create a cohesive and supportive environment for clients. - Provide feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement of services and customer experience. - **JOB REQUIREMENTS**:_ - Bachelors Degree - Proven experience in sales, preferably within an aesthetic clinic preferably in **Wellness Spa**department or (e.g., plastic surgery, beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics). - Track record of over-achieving quota - Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening - Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types - Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. - Good pleasing personality with excellent communication, planning, organization, interpersonal and presentation skills. - Aesthetics Clinic experience in Dubai (preferred) - Russian language will be an added advantage. **COMPENSATION & REWARDS**: - Compensation is one of the best in the industry w/ local benefits. - Strong incentive scheme upon achieving target. - KPIs.
