**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Hiring Coordination**:

- Maintain records of all hiring activities and ensure timely communication with applicants.
- **Employee Ticketing/Leave Management**:

- Manage and process employee leave requests and travel arrangements.
- Ensure accurate tracking of leave balances and travel expenses.
- **Supplier Sourcing**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
- **Payment Follow-Ups**:

- Follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and communications.
- **Minute-Taking**:

- Attend meetings with the CEO and accurately record minutes.
- Distribute minutes to relevant parties and ensure follow-up on action items.
- **General Administrative Support**:

- Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar.
- Handle correspondence and manage communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in recruitment processes and HR administration.
- Familiarity with supplier management and negotiation.
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and payment follow-ups.
- Discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
