We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise, assign tasks, and train a team of cleaners on proper procedures, safety, and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff.
- Manage routine and deep cleaning tasks (e.g., sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning).
- Actively inspect work areas to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Manage cleaning supply inventory, check equipment functionality, and report maintenance needs to management.
- Address and resolve minor staff or cleaning-related issues promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the cleaning team and management/clients.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a supervisor in cleaning field.
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and safety
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to perform duties in diverse environments, including both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Flexibility to work different schedules and the ability to work longer shifts when required

**Experience**:

- Cleaning Supervision: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
