**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Advising**:
- Provide detailed information to prospective students about academic programs and admission requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable programs.
**Sales and Enrollment**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and track their progress through the enrollment process.
**Relationship Building**:
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective students through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to optimize student recruitment efforts.
- Participate in recruitment events, webinars, and open houses to attract potential students.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven 1-2 years of experience in student recruitment.**:
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Student Recruitment: 2 years (required)
- Tele sales: 1 year (required)
