**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately assign ICD-10 and USCLS codes for dental procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist the doctor with proper documentation of patient information and treatment plans.
- Provide patient EMR (Electronic Medical Records) to facilitate the continuation of implant treatments and ensure all necessary data is up to date.
- Manage and track implant inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate and replenished as necessary.
- Follow up on laboratory cases to ensure timely processing and delivery of implant-related materials.
- Handle follow-up approval processes for treatment plans, submitting necessary documentation to insurance providers or other entities, and tracking the status of approvals.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure proper coding and documentation of all dental procedures.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Be fast and accurate in computer-based tasks, especially coding and documentation in practice management software.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in dental coding, specifically ICD-10 and USCLS codes.
- Previous experience assisting a dentist or dental team with documentation and patient management.
- Knowledge of implant inventory management and laboratory follow-up processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Active, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and fast, accurate computer skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in dental coding (e.g., CDT, ICD-10).
- Experience with dental practice management software.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, anatomy, and terminology.
- Familiarity with insurance approval processes and follow-ups.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
