We are thrilled to announce our UAE Graduate Training Programme, offering multiple Outstation opportunities outside of the UAE, with a market-leading development programme ranging between 24 to 36 months.

**About the National Graduate Training Programme**

Our graduate training programmes offer Emirati graduates the opportunity to kick-start their careers with The Emirates Group. This unique position will give you the chance to represent different brands within The Emirates Group, such as Commercial, SkyCargo, dnata, and Airport Operations.

You will be The Group’s Ambassador in our different destinations across the globe. Our programmes are tailor-made to embrace and develop your talents and enhance your capabilities across different specialist areas.

**Program Highlights**:

- 24 to 36 Months of Comprehensive Training: Immerse yourself in our dynamic program, where you'll rotate through different outstation roles, gaining hands-on experience and building a versatile skillset. Your final placement location would be confirmed as per business needs upon successful completion of the program.

**Qualifications & Experience: Who We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree holders with a strong academic record
- GPA 2.8 or above
- IELTS Score 6 and above or EMSAT English 1400 or TOEFEL 550 (or willing to retake the assessment, if successful)
- UAE Nationality (Passport & Khulasat Al Qaid)
- Age between 21 - 27

**Recruitment Process and Timeline**:
