Ecommerce & Website Online Manager

**Job Overview**:
As the **Instashop Online Manager & Website Manager**, you will be responsible for managing the company’s Instashop, overseeing product listings, sales performance, and customer interactions, while also ensuring that the website remains updated, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. Your role will bridge social commerce and traditional eCommerce to drive growth, increase engagement, and deliver an exceptional digital experience for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Instashop Management**:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute strategies for driving sales and engagement on Instagram and other social media platforms with integrated shop features (Instashop, Facebook Shops, etc.).
- **Product Listings & Updates**: Ensure that all product listings on Instashop are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for customer discovery and conversion.
- **Customer Engagement**: Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and comments on Instagram, ensuring a positive shopping experience and building strong customer relationships.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events on Instashop, coordinating with marketing to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Use Instagram Insights and other analytics tools to track engagement, sales performance, and customer demographics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
**Website Management**:
- **Website Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s website, ensuring it is always up to date with current product offerings, promotions, and company information.
- **Content Updates**: Coordinate and implement regular updates to product pages, images, pricing, and other website content to keep it fresh and relevant.
- **UX & Conversion Optimization**: Continuously monitor and improve the user experience (UX) and website design to enhance customer satisfaction and increase conversions. Ensure an easy and intuitive shopping experience, from landing pages to checkout.
- **Website Analytics**: Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), track key metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, etc.), and make recommendations for improvements.
- **SEO & Performance Optimization**: Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize website content for search engines and improve visibility. Ensure the site loads quickly and functions seamlessly across devices.
**Cross-Channel Integration**:
- **Social Media & Website Synergy**: Ensure consistent messaging and branding between the Instashop platform and the company website. Integrate product offerings, sales promotions, and campaigns across both platforms.
- **Inventory Syncing**: Work with the operations and inventory teams to ensure that product availability is accurately reflected on both Instashop and the website to prevent overselling or stock discrepancies.
**Reporting & Insights**:
- **Sales & Performance Reporting**: Regularly report on sales performance, traffic data, customer behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for both the Instashop and the website.
- **Data-Driven Decisions**: Analyze customer data, behavior, and trends from both platforms to develop actionable insights for optimizing sales strategies and improving the customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience managing eCommerce platforms, specifically (Instashop) and website management (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.).
- Proven experience managing social commerce platforms (Instagram, Facebook Shops, etc.), including product management, campaigns, and customer interactions.
- Strong understanding of website content management, SEO, and website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with online sales strategies and conversion optimization, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with web development tools (HTML/CSS) is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with an eye for detail and a strong understanding of the digital consumer.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for social commerce and digital marketing.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with Instashop, Deliveroo, food delivery apps, Shopify, or other eCommerce platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating or editing marketing materials and product images.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnership strategies to drive social sales.
Pay: From AED6,500.00 per month
