**Responsibilities**:

- ** Network Security Design**: Design and implement network security solutions to safeguard the organization's network infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and secure access controls.
- ** Security Architecture**: Develop and maintain network security architecture blueprints, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization.
- ** Risk Assessment**: Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities, evaluate threats, and recommend remediation strategies.
- ** Incident Response**: Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to effectively respond to and mitigate security incidents.
- ** Security Monitoring**: Implement and manage security monitoring tools and systems to detect and respond to security threats in real-time.
- ** Security Policy Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to network security, such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.
- ** Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, software development, and compliance, to integrate security best practices into all aspects of the organization's operations.
- ** Research and Innovation**: Stay current with emerging threats, security technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance the organization's network security posture.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in network security architecture and design.
