Scaffolding Draftsman

**POSTION TITLE**: Scaffolding Draftsman & Quantity Surveyor

POSITION PURPOSE:

- Preparing all the monthly billing for the Scaffolding Division, interim valuations, variation claims, final accounts and to negotiate contractual disputes and settlements.
- Build a strong reputation for its experience and quality in delivering boutique scaffolding solutions beyond the scope of our competitors as well as for standard scaffolding work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

- Preparing monthly invoices for the Division based on submissions from the sales/contract’s manager.
- Ensuring all work is completed to the standards specified before final inspections are expects top fulfilled
- Perform inspections to ensure that the workers performance is up to the set standards.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction engineering, management, or related field
- 03 - 05 years of Scaffolding designing & estimation experience, financial experience, construction experience or related field
- Proficient specialization in AutoCAD/ computer skills and Microsoft Office

Salary Offer range: 2400 AED - 3000 AED. Offer is all inclusive
