To support our growing portfolio, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to lead and manage our construction teams on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**: Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising workers and subcontractors.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality, in accordance with project plans, specifications, and relevant building codes.
- **Safety Management**: Enforce safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or issues promptly.
- **Resource Management**: Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including materials, tools, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, ensuring mínimal disruption to the construction schedule.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact between the construction site and project management. Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and any changes to the project scope.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities, site conditions, and work completed. Prepare and submit reports as required.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all work complies with local regulations, standards, and company policies. Coordinate with inspectors and other regulatory bodies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- **Education**: Relevant technical diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai.
- **Skills**: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
