A. Purpose and Scope
B. Responsibilities and Duties
**Project Documentation Control**
- Manage the processes around documentation within the department. Adhering to and enforcing company policies and procedures related to document control.
- Distribute and coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence through the standard register or as per the agreed procedure after Project Manager’s Review.
- Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution in a clear and precise system.
- Makes sure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers as applicable.
- Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
- Generate the various document control reports as required.
- Expedite the return of documents and approvals or comments within the required period from internal and external parties to whom they have been issued or distributed.
- Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
- Work closely and liaise with contractors’ document control group in all matters relating to document control.
- Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows). Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage. Create templates for future use.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization. Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
- Ensure effective implementation of documented processes and formats as per ISO procedures.
**General**
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and implement procedures and controls covering all areas of PDPN function, so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality and cost-effective service to customers.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant QHSE procedures and controls across PDPN function to guarantee employee safety, health, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

- Travel: Not Required
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
