The responsibilities of this role are as follows:

- Liaise with Operator, ID, and Client to determine Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E) requirements.
- Assist Client and Operator in the selection process, prepare presentations and mood boards for OS&E, BOQ and Budget preparation after reviewing layout drawings and technical drawings.
- Prepare procurement strategies, timelines, project implementation plans and vendor lists
- Source OS&E items to comply with requirements and budget guidelines
- Conduct research to find appropriate suppliers and the best products in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality
- Manage the negotiation process, including specification of goods and services, quality, price, terms, conditions, availability, and supplier's reputation and history
- Prepare and issue reports, including weekly updates to procurement schedules and budgets; track all purchasing from source to delivery on site
- Liaise with Site team on all procurement matters related to the project
- Guide the project coordinators in all activities related to the bid process, requirements for quotes, processing of purchase orders, and payment approvals
- Provide updated records and inform project status with all stakeholders
- Conduct product inspection where applicable
- Provide additional support to the Procurement team on other projects where necessary

**Skills**:

- Advanced spoken and written English, Arabic is an advantage
- Leadership and ability to handle multiple projects
- Purchasing knowledge and understanding of OS&E products and hotel operations
- Understand how to read layout plans
- Must be able to travel overseas as per project requirement
- Strong analysis, organizational, communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong experience using excel and word

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
Selected person should hold a valid vaccination certificate and be flexible to travel if required.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
