Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HSE training sessions to employees, contractors, and site personnel
- Develop training materials, presentations, and safety manuals
- Conduct inductions for new employees and site visitors
- Provide technical safety training related to mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment
- Conduct risk awareness training (hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures)
- Ensure compliance with UAE/local HSE regulations and company safety standards
- Support toolbox talks and safety briefings on-site
- Evaluate trainee performance and maintain training records
- Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis when required
- Promote a strong safety culture across all operations
- Conduct periodic refresher training and competency assessments Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory or strongly preferred)
- Professional HSE certifications such as:
- NEBOSH IGC (preferred)
- IOSH Managing Safely (advantage)
- OSHA certification (advantage)
- Train-the-Trainer certification (preferred) Pay: AED3,000.00
- AED4,500.00 per month Work
