**Position**: Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations Supervisor** to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operational activities
- Monitor staff performance and ensure operational targets are met
- Coordinate with management to improve processes and productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role
- Should have knowledge of accounts receivable, sales invoicing, purchasing processes, and related functions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
