**Job Title**: Arab Typist (Tas-heel & Government Services Specialist)**Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in UAE government typing services
**Nationality**: (Arab Nationals Only)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tas-heel (MOHRE)** - labor contracts, work permits, mission visas
- **Immigration (GDRFA)** - entry permits, visa stamping, renewals, cancellations
- **Ministry of Health, Municipality, DHA, etc.**, as required
- Ensure the accuracy of data entry and documents before submission.
- Communicate with PROs and clients to collect required documentation.
- Advise clients on required documents, procedures, and fees.
- Keep up to date with changes in UAE government systems and policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Must be an Arab national**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in UAE typing centers or government service offices
- Proficient in **Tas-heel, GDRFA, ICA/Emirates ID**, and **eChannel** systems
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy in both Arabic and English
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and visa processes
- Good communication and customer service skills

**Preferred**:

- Experience in working at **TAS-HEEL, AMER, or TYPING CENTER**:

- Familiarity with medical fitness procedures and insurance portals
- Knowledge of trade license processing (DED)
