**Production Manager - Offset Printing, Digital, Packaging & Paper Bags**
Reporting to - General Manager
**Objectives**:
- Lead and manage a team of up to 50 staffs
- Need to estimate enquires and approve quotations.
- Responsible for the whole operations cycle, including job planning, allocation, utilization, time management, efficiency, quality, training, approvals, guidelines, target & goal orientation.
- Production's target achievement.
- Wastage Reduction.
- Coordinate and deliver clients' needs against tight deadlines.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Ensure that communication is clear, consistent, and relevant in order to help the firm achieve its goals.
- Lead, initiative, plan, and execute manufacturing operations to optimize resources and reduce costs.
- Collaborate successfully with all members of the management and larger corporate teams to uphold the organization's principles and build a strong, empowered, and highly skilled operation.
- Oversee and keep up-to-date daily production planning reports and create analyses for the completed jobs with scoring system.
- Must be able to comprehend the different kinds of jobs and make sure that the production process is proceeding more quickly than planned.
- Make sure the jobs meet the high standards set by the market. Maintain a strong relationship with customers and keep them updated on the process.
- Set goals for each section and hold morning meetings with the planning team.
- Always prepared with production data in real time and the current state of operations that must be presented to the general manager at any moment
- Manage staff working hours, overtime and shift patterns
- Continuously improve safety records by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas
- Ensure full personal and team commitment to company polices and visions by hard work and cooperation with all company staff, suppliers, customers’ contractors or agents.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Reporting Authority from time to time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
