As a Barmaid and Bartender, you will be responsible for providing outstanding bar service, mixing a variety of alcoholic beverages, and engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction. Knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus, as you will also be expected to make high-quality coffee drinks when needed. Your role is essential in maintaining a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere at our beachside venue.

**Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
**For Barmaid / Bartender.**
- **Prepare and Serve Drinks**: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- **Coffee Preparation**: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes, as needed.
- **Guest Interaction**: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, take drink orders, and provide recommendations on beverages and specials.
- **Maintain Bar Area**: Keep the bar area clean and organized, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste.
- **Handle Transactions**: Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide change as needed.
- **Adhere to Safety Standards**: Follow health and safety regulations, including proper alcohol and coffee handling and sanitation practices.
- **Collaborate with Staff**: Work closely with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to ensure efficient service and address any guest issues or concerns.
- **Upsell and Promote**: Inform guests about drink and coffee specials, new menu items, and promotions, and suggest additional beverages to enhance their experience.
- **Manage Inventory**: Monitor and manage bar inventory, report any shortages or issues to the manager, and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barmaid, woman and bartender.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in alcohol safety training (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
