**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Reservation Team**: Lead and manage the reservation team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- **Booking Management**: Oversee the booking process, ensuring accuracy, and timely completion. Handle complex or escalated booking issues.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring that all reservation agents provide exceptional service to guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor room availability, rates, and reservations to optimize revenue and occupancy.
- **Reporting**: Generate and analyze reservation reports to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Provide regular updates to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as Front Office, Sales, and Marketing, to maximize overall guest satisfaction and revenue.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Opera experience is essential
- Proven experience in hotel reservations or a related field.
- Sound understanding of Rooms Division
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of revenue management principles is a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
