**Admin Coordinator Responsibilities**:
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.

Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

**Admin Coordinator Requirements**:
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

**1 or more years experience in** **sales IT industry.**

Experience as a admin coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.

Good team work and development skills.

Computer literacy.

Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Work Experience in the IT Design & Software Development and Digital Marketing industry.

Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

Job Location: Bur Dubai Near By Sharaf DG Metro Station.

Working Days: Mon to Sat. Sunday Off

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm

3. Possession of a valid work visa for UAE is preferred and will be considered an advantage.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
