**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP - Advisory to drive our client’s advisory initiatives. This role will be critical in guiding clients through complex financial landscapes, developing innovative advisory solutions, and contributing to the firm's growth and success. The VP will lead a team of advisors, foster strong client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services aligned with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the strategic vision for the advisory division in line with the firm’s overall business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team of advisors, cultivating a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Oversee the creation of innovative advisory solutions that address the evolving needs of clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring services are tailored to their strategic, operational, and financial needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, offering expert guidance on critical matters.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and enhance market presence.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain high-value clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strengthen the firm’s brand and market positioning.
- Ensure high-quality advisory services are delivered by setting performance standards and monitoring execution.
- Oversee advisory project execution, ensuring timely completion within scope and quality standards.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the division.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements relevant to the sector.
- Contribute thought leadership to the firm’s knowledge base through insights, white papers, and reports.
- Ensure all advisory activities comply with relevant regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to advisory services and client engagements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in financial advisory, consulting, or a related role, with significant leadership experience.
- In-depth understanding of the fintech industry, including market trends, technologies, and regulations.
