Location: Al ain City
**Responsibilities**:
- Use CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain customer records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office software to create reports and documents as needed.
- Manage customer accounts and provide product/service recommendations.
- Utilize sales skills to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Utilize Google Sheets to manage and analyse customer data.
- Use human intelligence to understand and respond to customer needs and concerns.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong customer management and sales skills
- Ability to work with Google Sheets and analyse data.
