Cosmetics Factory is seeking an experienced and driven **Outdoor Sales Representative** with a strong background in the **cosmetics and personal care industry**. You will be responsible for selling our wide range of beauty and haircare products to salons, cosmetic stores, pharmacies, and distributors throughout the UAE.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the beauty and cosmetics sector.
- Identify and approach new customers, including salons, retail outlets, and pharmacies.
- Promote and sell a wide range of cosmetics and personal care products.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the sales office on deliveries, orders, and payments.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of proven outdoor sales experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry.**:

- Strong knowledge of personal care, skincare, and haircare products.
- Existing client network in salons or cosmetics stores is a strong advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
