**Job Title: Leasing Executive (Real Estate Background Required)**

**Location**: Sharjah, UAE

**Salary**: up to 6500 AED (Final Offer will be based on the result of the interview)

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and lease available residential/commercial units to prospective tenants.
- Conduct property tours, explain leasing terms, and address tenant inquiries professionally.
- Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to attract tenants.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for property listings, social media campaigns, and signage.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about rental rates, occupancy trends, and competitors.
- Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and renewals to ensure smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with the property management team to address maintenance requests and tenant issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed leasing targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the property.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- **Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in real estate leasing or property management**.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving leasing targets.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and leasing procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with leasing both residential and commercial properties.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
