Scrum Master

Looking for a creative minded & solution-oriented Scrum Master to plan, manage and deliver world class solutions

**The opportunity**

As a Scrum Master you will have full ownership of definition of live scrum boards, backlog creation with multiple scrum boards. You will also get to facilitate:

- Daily standup management and update on jira and similar collaboration tools
- Provide reporting on a weekly basis based on preset formats within software
- Meeting attendance and chairing from daily standup to client engagement senior stakeholder meeting

**Responsibilities**:
Key deliverables

D1 - Ownership of definition of live scrum boards, backlog creation with multiple scrum boards

D2 - Daily standup management and update on jira and similar collaboration tools

D3 - Providing reporting on a weekly basis based on preset formats within software
- Meeting attendance and chairing from daily standup to client engagement senior stakeholder meetings
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and own all scrum ceremonies
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
- Certified scrum master
- Experience of working in a multi-culture environment
- 10+ years of experience as a scrum master preferable in data environment
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of creating workflows, reporting, column etc within Jira
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
