Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives, increase brand visibility, and drive engagement.
- Research and stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to incorporate innovative strategies into the overall social media plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.

Content Creation and Management:

- Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms (including text, image, and video) that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms using social media management tools.
- Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Social Media Advertising and Campaigns:

- Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Monitor ad performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective ad creative.

Social Media Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, track campaign performance, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media marketing efforts.
- Utilize analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior, trends, and preferences to inform future strategies and campaigns.

Community Engagement and Influencer Outreach:

- Foster and engage with the online community, building relationships, and promoting brand advocacy.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and industry partners to expand brand reach and drive social media engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads).
- Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize social media campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
