Our client is a rapidly growing, newly established company in the Real Estate industry. They are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join the team and drive online presence and digital marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and articles to promote our brand and services across various social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement media targeting ads to reach potential clients and increase brand visibility in the real estate market.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, as well as industry news and competitor activities, in order to inform strategies and tactics.
- Foster a positive online community by engaging with customers, responding to comments, and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Report on the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights and recommendations to the senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Russian language
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and media targeting.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media marketing campaigns, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and graphic design skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
