Role and Responsibilities
A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a talented Key Assistant Manager in our AC Team who will be responsible to develop new, and strengthen existing business relationships with all levels of management within the HVAC industry in the UAE market, as well as distributors’ management. They will be responsible for achieving the required sales revenue and market penetration/share in the assigned Market. They will be responsible for all activities related to product sales and marketing and report the same to the Head of Department. The successful applicant is responsible for developing and maintaining SAC relationships with major HVAC companies across the designated country/region and SAC Partners with clear objectives as set by management of achieving the company targets in quantity & revenue across SAC products. He will also be responsible for in-country SAC business development, engaging with Developers, Government bodies, Contractors & Consultants.
Skills and Qualifications
How You Will Make An Impact
- Working in the Abu Dhabi & Al Ain markets.
- Strong understanding of VRF, Ducted Split and RAC systems - Technical and Commercial aspects.
- Identify Customers’ needs and develop strategies and action plans to increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Create and sustain strategic relationships with existing & potential HVAC Specialist firms.
- Ability to engage in Spec-in activity with Consultants and create pull-demand via key project stakeholders.
- Analyse consultant’s requirements and promote company products, achieving and increasing all targeted revenue and profit goals.
- Target driven and able to forecast up to n+2 projects billing cycle.
- Selection of the most appropriate HVAC consultant & contractor channels.
- Defining major consulting & design companies as Samsung’s customers and continuous communication and presentation to market Samsung products
- Building and maintaining networks through differentiated activities
- Maintaining customer relationships by regular visits/communication.
- Identify & develop Business Opportunities (BO’s) from early to closing stages
- Manage and lead Samsung SAC distributors in the assigned territory.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years’ experience in the UAE market within the HVAC industry, handling HVAC sales is mandatory.
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.
- Good networking with the local industry.
- Strong accounts management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
