**Responsibilities**:_
- **Supervision and Staff Management**:Assigning tasks, scheduling staff, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- **Ensuring Cleanliness and Standards**:Inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and other spaces to ensure they meet established cleanliness standards.
- **Training and Development**:Training new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens.
- **Guest Relations**:Addressing guest requests, complaints, and feedback related to housekeeping services.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and infection control procedures.
- **Coordination with other departments**:Collaborating with maintenance, front desk, and other departments to address issues and ensure smooth operations.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining records of cleaning tasks, staff performance, and inventory levels.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- **Experience**:Proven experience in housekeeping, typically 2+ years, with supervisory experience preferred.
- **Skills**:Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to train and motivate staff, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- **Knowledge**:Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, safety regulations, and inventory management.
- **Education**:High school diploma or equivalent, some positions may prefer a degree or certification in hospitality or related field.
- **Physical Ability**:Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weight, and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning.
- Must be **fluent in english** & **computer literate**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
