**Salary**: AED 5000 + Commission

Job Summary:
Job Description and Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing frequent feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
- Train, and schedule store staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Create and maintain a positive working environment for store employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and state regulations.
- Analyse store performance data and create action plans to address areas of improvement.
- Analyse commercial report on a Daily Basis through department report and take necessary actions to maximize sales.
- Manage store budgets and expenses to meet financial objectives.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicates with Suppliers & Ventors for stock fulfilment needs to Customers Order Online as well as Offline.
- Maintain Good Relationship with Suppliers & Vendors for Fulfil Online as well as Offline Order Requirement.Person Specific:

- HSC & Above
- Minimum 3 Year Experience in Store & Sales Management
- Good Communication Skill
- Must able to work Under Pressure
- Must have Stock & Inventory Management Software Experience
- Must have Knowledge Basic Social Media Platform Use.
- Must Know the Tactics of Online Platforms Like Amazon, Noon

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
