**Job Summary**:
Foldnslide is seeking a detail-oriented, Tagalog-speaking Estimator to evaluate project costs for our exclusive door and window systems. The role is open to freshers with a passion for precision and a desire to work in the construction and aluminum industry. The Estimator will prepare accurate cost estimates, ensuring seamless financial planning for bespoke projects from concept to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create detailed cost estimates.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to clarify project scope and ensure all costs are accounted for.
- Provide material, labor, and equipment cost assessments for Foldnslide’s premium products, such as bi-folding and slim sliding doors.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing, particularly for high-end imported materials.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, bid proposals, and financial reports for stakeholders.
- Adjust cost projections based on changes in project scope.
- Partner with sales and design teams to develop cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and material costs to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Open to freshers; experience in cost estimation, construction, aluminum works, or façades is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and architectural plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office (experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with high-end door and window systems.
- Knowledge of local and international market trends, cost management, and Italian profiles.
- Experience with construction or aluminum fabrication projects.
