**Pre-Contract Phase**:
Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for aluminum and façade projects, ensuring all costs are captured and projected accurately.
Tendering & Bidding: Lead the preparation of tender documents and manage the bidding process. Review and analyze bids, making recommendations for the selection of contractors and suppliers.
Contractual Review: Analyze and interpret contract documents, specifications, and drawings, ensuring compliance with requirements. Provide recommendations for value engineering and cost-saving measures.
Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Identify potential risks and opportunities early in the project lifecycle, advising clients and stakeholders on mitigation strategies.
Procurement Management: Support the procurement team in obtaining quotes, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating favorable terms for materials and services.
**Post-Contract Phase**:
Cost Control & Monitoring: Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, ensuring that work is progressing within budget and scope. Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts to ensure financial control.
Variations & Change Orders: Manage and assess variations to contracts, ensuring that any changes are properly documented and valued in accordance with the contract.
Final Accounts: Manage the preparation and submission of final accounts, ensuring that all payments, claims, and liabilities are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any contractual disputes, ensuring that both parties adhere to the terms of the contract and any necessary adjustments are made.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain proactive communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and to address any concerns or issues.
**Contract Administration & Compliance**:
Ensure all contractual obligations are met in both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
Review and advise on contract terms, conditions, and performance to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Assist in the development and execution of contracts, agreements, and subcontracts.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Education & Certifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, RICS, or equivalent) is preferred.
**Experience**:
Minimum of 5-15 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with extensive experience in both pre-contract and post-contract roles.
Proven track record in the Aluminum and Façade industries, with solid knowledge of materials, systems, and challenges specific to these sectors.
In-depth understanding of construction contracts, including FIDIC, NEC, or other industry standard contracts.
Experience managing large-scale façade and aluminum projects from both a cost and contract management perspective.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
