**We are hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Easy Go Holiday Homes**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Relations**: Provide excellent service by handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- **Check-In/Check-Out**: Oversee smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Property Standards**: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure homes are guest-ready.
- **Communication**: Act as a friendly, professional point of contact throughout the guest stay.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in hotels or holiday homes (mandatory)
- **Valid UAE driving license** (required)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, organized, and reliable
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays)
