We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented **Visual Merchandiser** to join our dynamic team at our Departments Store. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to create captivating displays and layouts that showcase our wide range of clothing products, attracting customers and driving sales. Your keen eye for aesthetics, coupled with your understanding of customer behavior, will contribute to the store's success in delivering an immersive shopping environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Store Layout and Display**: Develop and execute visually appealing store layouts, taking into account product categories, seasonal themes, and promotions to create an inviting shopping atmosphere.

**Window Displays**: Design and set up eye-catching window displays that entice customers from outside the store, sparking curiosity and interest.

**Merchandise Presentation**: Arrange garments and accessories in an attractive manner, ensuring each product's unique features are highlighted to encourage sales.

**Theme and Seasonal Decorations**: Create thematic displays for various occasions and seasons, aligning with holidays and relevant fashion trends to keep the store visually fresh and exciting.

**Product Placement**: Strategically place best-selling and high-margin products in key locations to maximize their visibility and impact on sales.

**Signage and Graphics**: Develop and install clear signage and graphics that provide product information, prices, and promotional offers, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

**Inventory Management**: Ensure that sufficient stock is available for visual displays and replenish products as needed, maintaining a well-stocked and organized store.

**Store Maintenance**: Weekly inspect and maintain visual displays, fixtures, and props to ensure they are in good condition and presentable to customers.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor's displays, and customer preferences to continuously improve the visual merchandising strategy.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the retail industry.

Strong artistic and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and color coordination.

Understanding of consumer behavior and how visual presentation influences buying decisions.

Proficiency in creating visually appealing displays that align with the brand's identity.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with store management and other team members effectively.

Knowledge of garment trends, fashion, and retail industry developments is a plus.

Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and for special events when needed.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Nationality : Philippine /Nepal**

**Salary**: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Al Ain: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience: visual merchandising: 3 years (preferred)

Language: English, Arabic, Hindi
