**Role Overview**

As our CRM Administrator, you will optimize and manage our customer relationship management system to ensure seamless tracking of client interactions, support for sales and marketing processes, and data-driven decision-making across the business

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer, maintain, and configure the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, etc.) tailored to real estate workflows
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access to ensure data privacy and security.
- Import, cleanse, and ensure integrity of client and lead data.
- Create, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor KPIs like lead pipeline, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support lead management, automated processes, and workflow optimization.
- Train and support internal users on CRM best practices and features
- Assist with integration of CRM with other systems—e.g., ERP, marketing automation, or property management tools.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-3+ years of experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role. Real estate experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Odoo).
- Strong data management skills—including imports, cleansing, and ensuring data integrity.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills—capable of training users and documenting processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
