**Job Summary**:
The Montessori Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and child-centered learning environment using Montessori principles and materials. The role involves guiding each childs individual development, fostering independence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons and activities aligned with Montessori philosophy and curriculum.
- Observe and assess each childs progress, maintaining detailed records and sharing insights with parents and school leadership.
- Prepare the classroom environment to support independent learning and exploration.
- Guide childrens social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in a respectful and supportive manner.
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom culture.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers through meetings, conferences, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings, training, and events.
- Ensure the proper care, maintenance, and organization of Montessori materials and classroom resources.
- Uphold the schools mission, vision, and values.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Education or related field (preferred).
- Montessori certification from a recognized training center (AMI/AMS or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with young children in a Montessori classroom is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
