Client Relations Executive

Dubai, United Arab Emirates Dubai Government Full time

Assist social services department personnel in any procedures relating to clients leaving the country
- Receive and deliver all confidential client related legal documents to the relevant authorities
- Maintain a database on all client related activities with external entities
- Attend all staff meetings organized by the Care & Rehab department with respect to client progress

Accompany clients to the airport and complete necessary immigration formalities
- Coordinate with courts/prosecutors and all responsible authorities on all case related legal matters
- Coordinate with all government and non-government educational institutions to handle all case related educational queries

**Qualifications**
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree preferably in social sciences
- High school
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attended training programs in similar activities
- Fluency in both Arabic & English
