Job Description:
Pier Seven Aviation FZC is into aviation training, having “Class Room Training Facility as well as various Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTDs)”, currently having an exciting new position for a Ground Instructor to join in our Sharjah office.

Key Responsibilities:

- To provide initial ground training, in aeronautical knowledge areas required for the issuance of a type rating approval.
- To provide recurrent ground training in aeronautical knowledge areas, as required for recurrent training of pilots.
- To development various flight crew member training programs
- Complete appropriate flight crew member ground training records and other flight training documentation in a timely manner and directs to the appropriate filing source.
- Establish and maintain a highly effective training and learning environment.
- Instruction flight crew members in the classroom, cockpit procedures trainer and flight training devices for initial, recurrent and upgrade training.
- Maintain a working knowledge of applicable company read files, operating bulletins, manuals, regulatory guidance, and other training related material.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new or revised training systems, methods, policies, and procedures.
- Performs administrative duties such as record keeping, monitoring student progress, counseling, quality assurance, safety, security, and maintenance of training programs and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 year experience as A320 Ground Instructor.
- Experience in ATO / FSTD organization is useful.
- Excellent presentation ability.
- University degree.
- Knowledge of and the ability to teach aircraft systems, normal abnormal and emergency operating procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team oriented and self-directed.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn new software and systems efficiently.
- Experience of working directly with regulators, Certification Bodies and other Standards organizations.
- Proficiency in English Language and presentation skills.
- Should have own commute arrangement.
