Sharjah, United Arab Emirates Smoked Meat World Restaurant Management Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out maintenance on all restaurant equipment and records
- Manage and oversee all storage supplies for the restaurant
- Supervise every kitchen and dining room activity to ensure customer satisfaction always
- Schedule activities (including shifts) for the restaurant’s staff according to the restaurant’s standards or guidelines
- Supervise good Guest service and serve Guests according to Restaurant standard in order to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Identify training needs and propose training plans in order to maintain standard of service
- Plan and conduct On and Off job training on monthly basis in order to achieve service standard and knowledge of employees
- Attend daily briefing or meetings and ensure proper communication down to team to ensure Guest inquiries
- Evaluate performance of team and initiate promotions or internal transfers

**Qualifications**
- A degree in business management or a related field
- Experience working in manufacturing in a managerial role
- Natural leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to multitask

**Experience**:
Restaurant Supervisor: 3-5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Arabic (required)

Lebanese, Moroccan, Egyptian, Jordanian, Algerian, Palestinian nationalities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant supervisor: 3 years (preferred)
