MacroActive is a SaaS platform enabling influencers to build and market health, exercise, and nutrition programs online using their own brand and content. With our headquarters in New Zealand, our mission is to help our creators grow and scale their businesses.

We have clients making millions of dollars using our software and our business model is one where we only make money when our clients do, which means that our sole focus is to help our clients deliver as much value as possible by selling digital products built on our platform.

Our clients include Josef Rakich, Ulisses Jr, Caroline O’Mahoney, and Buttabean Motivation among many others from all corners of the globe.

**Job Purpose**: To build the MacroActive business by identifying and selling new prospects.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Provides relationship handover between clients and business onboarding team.
- Remains current on industry trends, market activities, events and competitors.
- Keeps record of all communication with prospects within CRM.
- Follows up with prospects when promised; does what they say they'll do.
- Acknowledges that it is a moral obligation of this position to close as many clients as possible, provided they are the right target audience because the work we do together with each new client will save lives.
- Contributes to a team environment in any way needed.
- Closes the sale: this is the key result.

**Commission**: Limitless and uncapped on-target earnings.

**Must-haves**:

- Driven and ambitious with a passion for sales
- Competitive and enjoy a good challenge
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Social media native - you will mostly be engaging with prospects through Instagram

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- business development manager: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Fitness: 1 year (preferred)
