Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand our car wash services within residential and mall parking sectors.
- Identify and establish partnerships with property managers and mall operators.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends in Abu Dhabi.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets to earn additional commission.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in marketing, ideally within the car washing or automotive service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s market and customer demographics.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Compensation:

- **Base Salary**: Competitive monthly salary.
- **Commission**: Additional commission based on performance and sales targets achieved.
- **Benefits**: To be discussed during the interview.
