**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage E&I construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any delays or issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC, GASCO, and local regulatory standards, including health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and clients.
- Liaise with engineering teams to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
- Promote a culture of safety, conducting toolbox talks and enforcing safety policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ADNOC approval as a Construction Manager in Electrical & Instrumentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in E&I construction, preferably within oil and gas projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects, especially in ADNOC and GASCO environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Familiarity with ADNOC, GASCO, and UAE construction standards and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
