**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, material handling, documentation, and coordination with logistics, procurement, and production teams. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage goods flow efficiently in line with company procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate records, conduct regular physical verification, and ensure proper product rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
- **Warehouse Operations**: Supervise loading/unloading, organize layout for efficiency, ensure proper labeling, storage, and overall warehouse cleanliness and safety.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Prepare stock and movement reports, manage GRNs and delivery notes, and report discrepancies or damages promptly.
- **Coordination & Communication**: Liaise with logistics for dispatch planning, coordinate with production, procurement, and accounts for material flow and reconciliation.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety standards; assist in audits and implement corrective actions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in warehouse/inventory coordination (preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or perfume industry).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory software (Zoho, ERPNext, SAP).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of stock control systems and warehouse safety practices.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
