We’re looking for a Tele Sales
- Team Lead for our Multi Speciality Clinic, who can help us increase sales and grow our business. If you’re a results-driven individual with a proven track record in Tele Sales, we want to hear from you

**Duties**:

- Maintain and improve the brand name
- Manage the development of tele sales department’s strategic plan
- Be a part of the calling team
- Call patients and explain the services
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers/patients
- Define and ensure high performance standards
- Ensure proper training is in place for the new hires
- Develop, maintain, and deliver sales forecasts
- Develop and oversee sales action plans

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily workflow for a team of tele callers
- Design and implement strategies and tactics to maximize conversion and revenue growth
- Target oriented
- Develop and manage all outbound and inbound sales efforts
- Develop and lead a team to achieve goals

**Salary**: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
