- Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the safety of people and property
- Control access to the facility, screening visitors, and issuing passes as required
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Conduct security checks and inspections of the facility
- Monitor surveillance equipment and maintain accurate logs of all security-related activities
- Assist guests and employees with information and guidance as needed
- Participate in emergency response teams and drills
- Report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or maintenance issues to management
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to security
- Maintain and operate security equipment such as metal detectors, surveillance systems, and communication devices

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
- Proficiency in using basic security tools and equipment
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Physical fitness to perform the duties of the role
- Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures
- Ability to remain calm and assertive in high-pressure situations
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for report writing and communication
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
