A top luxury hotel group present across Dubai and Europe is looking for an exceptional Human Resource Manger to join their team in the Middle East.

As the Human Resources Manager you will head up a committed Human Resources team who are passionate about delivering excellent and five star guest experiences across their multiple hotels in Dubai.

**The duties for the role will include;**
- Drive the Hotel Group’s Human Resources Strategy and closely monitor its execution to ensure achievement of the objectives
- Support and drive recruitment activities - Identify opportunities for recruitment open days; plan, communicate and drive them
- Build effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges and universities for recruitment purpose
- Play a pivotal role in creating the corporate culture and work environment
- Manage key business activities and ensure timely and effective recruitment and on-boarding new employees
- Implement and drive employee engagement activities, plan the employee engagement calendar etc. and track effective engagement action plans across all departments

**To be considered for this role you must;**
- Be degree educated in Human Resources or a similar degree
- HR generalist who has a passion for business partnerships
- Hands-on, enthusiastic and performance driven
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law Capable of developing, articulating and implementing business strategies and initiatives
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a necessity
- Have between 5-10 years’ experience as a Human Resources Manager, preferably in a hotel group
- Be eligible to work in the UAE
- Have excellent contactable references

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED17,000.00 per month
